The ChesterQueer Book Club is Chestermere Pride’s first ongoing activity and partnered with Chestermere Public Library’s Self Run Book Club Program. Twice a month we meet to discuss a certain book, film, or other work and how it reflects, talks about, or engages with queerness. We are really excited to run this every time it comes around, with our first meeting back in October being a great discussion. As for future sessions, our next one is November 14th at 5pm in the Chestermere Public Library discussing the Disney cartoon, The Owl House. The library also has in stock our next book for our November 25th meeting, Legends and Lattees.
